Bible Studies

Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure. (Phil 2:12-13)

These words from Philippians Paul uses to speak of the attitude the believer should have toward God as they consider their behavior in light of God working through Jesus Christ (Php 2:6-11) and in the believer’s life (Php 2:13) to accomplish their salvation. As "man does not live by bread alone but by every word that comes from the mouth of God" (Deut 8:3), reading God's word together is the primary activity of discipleship as we work out, together as a community, what it means to live out our faith.

Bible study groups also serve to build community as we share our struggles and successes with each other and bring all things to God in prayer.

We currently have Bible Studies at the church on Wednesday mornings 10:30am-11:30am and Thursday Evening 7:00pm-8:30pm.
